Quick answers
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. About 45 minutes at your kitchen table, no fee, no deposit, nothing to sign, and no follow-up sales calls if you decide against it.
What’s the smallest amount of help you’ll take on?
One hour. Genuinely. Plenty of our clients book a single two-hour visit a week for groceries and company, and that’s a perfectly good arrangement.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week of the consultation for a regular schedule. One-off errands can often be arranged within a couple of days, and same-day when we have room.
Do you take Medicare, Medicaid or insurance?
Not at this time — we’re private pay. Some long-term care insurance policies reimburse non-medical companion services, and we provide itemized invoices for you to submit. We’ll also point you to county programs that may help.
Can I hire you for my parent from out of state?
That’s a large share of our work. You handle the arrangements and the invoice; your parent gets the visits and a written recap after each one, if they want us to send it.
